Back in November I came across a competition asking for ideas to be put forward for an exciting and dynamic family project. The competition was based on the four brand values that have successfully led the Victorinox brand for 126 years and are the qualities upon which all the entries would be judged. These values are functionality, innovation, design and quality.

So feeling inspired I entered, I told them all about what we do at Livvy’s Smile, who we are and why we are.

Guess what.....

Yes the secret is out; Livvy’s Smile is a winner. The award is an amazing £10,000.     Yes that’s right an amazing ten thousand pounds.

This means so much to us all here at Livvy’s Smile as you know our charity is a family project run by family in memory of a beautiful missing member of our family.

Thanks to the generosity of Victorinox we can now move forward with the mass of ideas that have forming in my mind. Creating fun days and memory making days for disabled children and their families.

Not only did Victorinox award us this incredible amount of money, on Friday, Alan and I and the girls travelled to London first class to the flag ship store to meet the wonderful Veronika Elsener. We had an amazing day and were treated with such respect and kindness by all the staff.

If anything was missing from this amazing day it was of course our beautiful Livvy, no matter what we do or what we achieve we still miss her so much. Yet I know that she was with us every step of the way and is so proud of all we have achieved in her name, her memory.
